Power Up with School Breakfast is the School Nutrition Association's (SNA's) 2009 National School Breakfast Week (NSBW) celebration. The objective of 'Power Up' and NSBW is to highlight the importance and benefits of school breakfast in a student's day.

School Nutrition Association

The School Nutrition Association (SNA) is the only national association devoted exclusively to protecting and enhancing children's health and wellbeing by providing healthy school meals and sound nutrition education.

SNA represents more than 55,000 school nutrition professionals who provide high-quality, low cost meals to students across the country. SNA has 52 State affiliates and hundreds of local chapters.

National Dairy Council

The National Dairy Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to dairy nutrition research and education since 1915. NDC is committed to providing scientifically sound nutrition information to school nutrition professionals, health professionals, educators, consumers and the media in order to foster healthy eating habits by children and their families. National Dairy Council supports National School Breakfast Week because we believe in the importance of breakfast from many perspectives — especially academic achievement and health and well-being.

Play60

Play 60 is the NFL's youth health and fitness campaign, focused on making the next generation of kids the most active and healthy by encouraging them to be active for at least 60 minutes a day. NFL Play 60, designed to help tackle childhood obesity, brings together the NFL's long-standing commitment to health and fitness with an impressive roster of partner organizations. In addition to national reach through PSAs and online programs, Play 60 is also implemented at the grassroots level through NFL's in-school, after-school and team-based programs, all with a focus on the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyles.
